What you walk away with
In thirty minutes:
- Clarity on your governance gaps. Specific to the system you actually run, not generic advice you could have read anywhere.
- A sequencing roadmap. What to fix first, second and third — with a timeline and an investment ballpark, because order matters more than effort here.
- Patterns you can apply immediately. The Mandate Pattern, Freeze–Sign–Bind and the Plausibility Corridor, translated into your context rather than described in the abstract.
- An honest answer on certification. Including when the answer is that it is not a fit for you yet.
Who you are speaking to
M. A. Shaiye — Governed Intelligence Architect
Twenty years in production systems. Telecommunications, computing and internet services delivered into live retail trading environments, where a system that fails under load fails with a same-day cost attached.
Founder of GIA. Author of the governance framework and the catalog-readiness engine now being used to audit live retail product data against a deterministic rubric.
Published research. “Two Industries Built the Same Gate Without Talking to Each Other” — a study of how independent industries converged on the identical governance pattern without contact. Read it at seamgate.com.

Questions
Is this a sales call?
Not primarily. The purpose is to give you a straight read on your governance architecture. Certification and audit services get mentioned only where they genuinely fit the situation — and said plainly when they do not.
What platform?
Zoom or Microsoft Teams, your choice. Video with screen share, so you can show us the system if you want to.
What if we have no governance in place at all?
That is the most useful version of this call. You get a starting point and a defensible order of operations rather than a list of everything you are missing.
Do we have to share anything confidential?
No. The call works at the architecture level. If you would rather show nothing, describe the shape of the problem and we will work from that.
